Good Evening, I was interested in your Cornish Standards for the ECW. I have a collection of figures and have run a few games based around the battle of Lansdown, Siege of Devizes and Battle of Roundway 1643. Many of Lord Hopton's troops were Devon and Cornish, so wanted to check where you obtained the information on the flags? Thank you in advance. Andy
Hi Andy, I did a bunch of searches for Cornish logos and symbols that existed in current towns and villages. Then used those symbols to incorporate them into the flags that I used.
I was not able to find any mid-17th Century flag data that was specifically mentioned. These are my own conjectural images.
