Holy Flocking Batman!

Did all the flocking for the Horse Guns, Gunners, Limber Horses, and the ENTIRE Division from last week today.

I shall have some pics about it all later, perhaps tomorrow as Jeff has requested I show some detailing about my magnetic system of basing troops.

Had another visitor over today and we have discussed the creation of his 18th C Swedish 'fictional' forces. We were pouring over some of the tricorne minis I have and deciding which to pursue as his Swedes, I noted that there are also some good 'militia' candidates from the mess of tricorne minis I have already.

The Dutchy of Mieczyslaw is starting to take more potential form in connection with Bluebear's Tricorne Wars game and campaign plan and I will likely put in some efforts along those lines in the coming weeks.

G'nite

Ah, Pete was by, was he? I hope that he's catching the bug.

Do you know if he'll be playing on Saturday?

The Duchy of Mieczyslaw? Ah, our slavic cousins to the east -- Of course! Any chance that we could discuss marriage between Stollen's homely and obstreperous Princess Hildegunn to one of Mieczyslaw's princes, thus forming and solidifying a political (and military) alliance? On more practical matters, might you have your cartographers present a map of the duchy here? What's the consitution of your army? Do tell!

Yes, Pete was by and we discussed some details of the potential campaign. Then off to dinner at Dave & Lucy's, more chatting about the 'near miss' in the 7yw campaign of a few years ago...

After looking at the figs I think Pete is starting to 'envision' more of the tasks at hand (and the painting volumes needed).

A Stollen connection eh?

Well let me work on the background & details (I will likely start a separate blog for all of this - not to fret though there will be many links!) then we can 'chat' about such connections.

Thanks for the fast words of support from your Grand Duchieness!

Cheers
