But what's with the music? Is that music from the movie? Seems totally out of place to me...

from what I have found online the 'music' from the clip is from the film.
Like "A Knights Tale" they have used the past to tell an allegorical story about today.
It's a good thing that Brittney and Brangelina are not our 'leaders'; otherwise the Revolution would already have started!
Given that the film was either nominated (or won?) the Oscar for costumes - that is what makes the film of interest to me.
